What a starting estimate does — and does not — mean.
The online estimate experience is designed to create a useful starting point. Final scope, access, safety and materially different property conditions are confirmed before a booking or price becomes a commitment.
Starting estimates
Online estimates are based on the information provided through the website and the pricing rules configured for the selected service. A starting estimate is not a guaranteed final quote, invoice or contract.
Information provided by the customer
The estimate is only as useful as the information available. Measurements, property details, service selections, photos and notes should be reasonably accurate. If an important detail is unknown, or a short online form cannot responsibly account for access or complexity, the request may move to human review instead of receiving an automatic price.
Scope confirmation
Before a booking or service commitment, Ideal Pro may confirm measurements, access, surfaces, material condition, service boundaries and other details that materially affect the work. Repair work, concealed drainage, structural concerns, unusual staining, unsafe access and other specialty conditions may require separate review.
Access and safety
Ideal Pro may change the proposed method, pause the work or decline a scope when access, weather, electrical hazards, fragile materials, roof conditions or other safety concerns make the planned work unsuitable. Safety and property protection take priority over forcing the original approach.
Scheduling
A requested date or time is not confirmed until Ideal Pro explicitly confirms the appointment. Weather, access, property conditions or other operational issues may require a schedule change.
Taxes, payment and final service terms
Applicable taxes, payment arrangements, final inclusions and exclusions are confirmed through the approved quote, work order, invoice or other service communication for the job.
Photos and submitted material
Photos or other information submitted for an estimate may be used to understand the requested work. Submission does not automatically grant permission to publish customer-identifying or property-identifying material as marketing content.
